“Style is much more than fleeting trends…”

KAY’S DESIGN PHILOSOPHY

Every design project begins with my commitment to devoting the time and attention needed to best understand your needs, preferences, and lifestyle plans. Timeless design is my standard, whether contemporary, classic, a uniquely personal blend of influences... it must, and will, reflect you.

Style is much more than fleeting trends, and I ensure that your taste is well presented in every choice, from fabric, to furnishings and decor details. The outward expression that you enjoy goes deep beneath the surface with excellence in construction, workmanship and finish.

Skillful planning ensures the most satisfying results, and I insist on this as I supervise with an eye for fine craftsmanship from every artisan and tradesperson involved.

Transformation is my goal, whether a color refresh, updates, full construction, restoration, or conceptual plans; and my creative choices are always designed for your satisfaction.

Your inquiry is always invited.

“We really didn’t want to move, but we had outgrown our house, and had no faith we could manage a remodel and a new addition. Kay made it a true collaboration, and gathered a real dream team to make it all come together. I am still amazed at her impressive nuts & bolts knowledge. She guided us so masterfully.”
